How do I close my account when I sell my home?
It is the present homeowner’s responsibility to contact the bookkeeper before the closing date by selecting the email address below. Please have the new homeowner’s name or names and the estimated closing date when contacting. Your account will not be closed until this information is received.
How do I get a replacement pool key?
A new pool key will be issued at a cost of $25.00. Please submit a request from the Contact Us page to request a replacement key.
How do I get large trash items picked up?
Go to the City of Youngsville website for current information.
How do you address complaints regarding violations of covenants?
Upon receipt of a complaint regarding a violation of a covenant, a letter is forwarded to the homeowner. The letter states the violation and asks the homeowner to correct the problem. If the homeowner refuses to comply with the request, a second letter is sent via certified mail. In the event resolution of the situation is not achieved, the violation is turned over the HOA attorney for legal prosecution.
How is the HOA governed?
The Homeowners’ Association is governed by a board of four directors that are elected yearly. In addition, we have a team of committee chair persons that volunteer to serve on various association committees.
Is there a lawn watering schedule in effect in Youngsville?
Yes, effective May – Sept. Homes with an even number address may water on Sun, Wed, & Fri. Homes with an odd number address may water on Tue, Thu, Sat. No watering is allowed on Monday. Watering is permitted between the hours of midnight & 2:00 p.m. Hand watering is permitted at all times.
Is there a rule regarding grass clipping disposal?
Yes, the city of Youngsville has an ordinance that prevents drainage from being hindered. All grass clippings should either be blown back into the yard or disposed of in a proper container. No grass should be blown into the street.
Is there an ordinance requiring my home address to be displayed in a certain way?
Yes, homes should have numbers on the front of the home that are at minimum of 4” and 3” on the mail box.
What do my Homeowners Association dues pay for?
Dues pay for the common area lawn maintenance, park, pond and pool maintenance, bookkeeping services, year end tax services and general liability insurance. In addition we keep a reserve of $4,000 – $5,000 to replace the pumps on the swimming pool and pond fountains should they go out.
What happens to homeowners that do not pay dues?
All homeowners are required to pay a fee of $35.00 per month. Those homeowners who are habitually delinquent will incur a lien being placed on their property. The homeowner then becomes responsible for the delinquent dues, late fees and legal fees.
What is the purpose of the Architectural committee?
The Architectural Committee is a group of neighborhood volunteers that serve on a committee that reviews all proposed revisions to homes and home sites in the neighborhood. The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to ensure that all homeowners comply with all subdivision covenants. Compliance with the Covenants ensures that our neighborhood stays aesthetically pleasing in addition to preserving property values. The Architectural Committee has thirty days from receipt of a submission to review all proposed additions or modifications to homes.
When is garbage and recycling pickup?
Garbage is picked up weekly on Monday and Recycling is picked up weekly on Friday. Please put your garbage container(s) curbside late in the evening on Sunday and recycling container(s) late in the evening on Thursday.
When is yard debris picked up?
Yard debris will be picked up by the City of Youngsville. Go to the City of Youngsville website for current information.

Why are alcoholic beverages not allowed at the pool?
The Homeowners Association has a general liability policy in place that prohibits the use of alcoholic beverages at the pool.
Why are parties not allowed at the pool?
The Homeowners Association does not allow parties of any kind at the pool because the pool has to remain open to all residents at all times. A party would disrupt the normal use of the pool.
